YEAR-END REPORTING

A. Each year, at no charge to you, we provide a printout of all bushels delivered including the grades and
all money paid.

B. These reports are printed as soon as possible after the last business day of the prior year; however,
no reports or settlement checks are available for at least five (5) business days after the 1st business
day of the year.
